You and Linda have about an hour telephone conversation that is Complimentary. The two of you discuss your practice goals, philosophy and concerns. Once Linda has a clear picture of what is needed for an analysis and initial consulting or coaching ”treatment plan,” you decide on dates and review time and financial arrangements.

Step 2 - The Analysis VISIT
At the site visit, Linda Drevenstedt spends time with you and your team while you see your patients. She looks at the way systems are running at the practice and interviews each team member.

Step 3 - Report of Findings
You and Linda have a consultation time to review the findings from the analysis. You discuss the specific steps necessary to move you and your team toward your goals or to solve your current challenges.

Step 4 - Training
You and your team meet with Linda for a day to review the current “State of the Practice” and the
necessary steps and Actions to move forward.
