Here's how it works:
Before I arrive:
Our research analyst sends you surveys to give out to your patients and collect in your office and return to the research firm for tabulation. I survey your staff to give you a true picture of the teamwork and leadership in the practice. I ask you a slew of questions also. You will receive a Practice Date Sheet to complete and several computer reports to print out for me. Each person also completes a behavior profile response form. This response form is then fed into our DiSC® Personal Profile for Windows software. I generate a 20 page "behavior profile report" for you and each staff member. Great insights for everyone!! Especially good for teambuilding.
To be completed prior to our on-site visit:
- 100 patient surveys to be handed out in the office
- A staff survey and behavior profile for each staff member
- A management profile and survey for you
- Practice data collection information sheet
All surveys are confidential and returned to us for analysis.
The Analysis VISIT:
I - yes, me Linda Drevenstedt - spend a minimum two days with you. (The time scheduled for your analysis is determined by your practice size and team size.) I'll fly or drive to your office the afternoon before the analysis. I like to have dinner with you and your spouse or significant other person. This way I get to know you before our days together.
Day 1 - I arrive bright and early with laptop in tow to be at your Morning Huddle. You and the team see patients on an almost normal schedule. I request you schedule two new patient NON-emergency ADULT exams that day (just in case one does not show up). I also request that you reserve me time in each hygiene schedule for about 30 minutes for a one-on-one interview with each hygienist. I'll spend the day observing you, your staff and taking time to interview each staff member briefly. You'll all feel like you are under a microscope. I conduct an audit of your current systems and a chart audit.
Evening of day 1 - I return to my room with laptop and complete as much of your analysis report as possible.
Day 2 am - I return to complete any interviews, ask any clarifying questions and finalize my analysis. I'll return to my room and complete your report.
Day 2: 12 - 1 lunch with you and/or you and spouse
Day 2: 1pm - 4pm You Schedule NO PATIENTS. I meet with you and your spouse ONLY! I'll present your Practice Analysis and Strategic Action Plan and your full color, graphic Patient and Staff Survey Report. (I also travel with my trusty portable printer!!) You will have a chance to ask questions about my report of the findings in your practice.
I show you where your $100,000 is hiding.
I give you recommendations on how to reach your next level. You are then free to implement the plan and action steps as you wish - with or without the coaching and training help from our group.
Now, would you invest your time and money to find $100,000??? Seems like a good ratio to me. Most clients make their investment back several times over in the first 90 days.
