Evelyn has built an outstanding reputation as a consultant through her unique “hands-on” style of consulting as well as her dedication to working closely with doctor and staff to improve their lives professionally, financially, and personally. Evelyn has more than twenty years experience in business system development and operational management for dental and medical practices throughout the Southeast. With an extensive background in health care, business, consulting and project management, Evelyn brings insight and experience to the practices she manages.
Prior to joining Dental 360, Evelyn founded her own full-service practice management consulting firm. Her career has included financial consulting, strategic planning and development for hospital-based physician practices and staff management. She has worked in the healthcare profession as a practice administrator, treatment coordinator and insurance specialist in multi-office dental and medical practices.
Evelyn is also certified consultant in Employment Law Compliance through Bent Ericksen & Associates. She has spoken at dental and medical association meetings as well as local study clubs and she teaches classes in practice management at the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry.

Jennifer C. McDonald, President of McDonald Harbor Consulting, LLC, has been providing business and management solutions to dentists for nearly twenty years. She is president and founder of MultiCom Solutions, Inc., an Atlanta based company specializing in technology integration, system design, business solutions, and applied technology consulting. Jennifer's wide range of experience forms the solid foundation for over 500 clients located across the US.
Jennifer is a member of TAG (the Technology Alliance of Georgia) and WIT (Women in Technology). From single-doctor start up practices to group practices, her combined management and technology expertise offers a well-rounded approach to improving efficiencies and effectiveness (and de-stressing) the dental practice.
Nationally recognized as a speaker in her area of expertise, her credits include presentations before the American Dental Association, state and regional meetings, and local study clubs. Jennifer's articles on business and technology solutions in dentistry have been published in Dentistry Today, Dental Products Report, and Alpha Omegan.
As Consultant to DenTec, Georgia Institute of Technology's Center for Dental Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, she facilitates engineering advances in dentistry as a liaison to business and research. Also, she works with the Georgia Tech Research Institute and Georgia Tech's Center for Professional Education to design and implement worldwide advanced learning programs in dentistry with emphasis on new discoveries and technology advancements.
